CONCLUSION AND TERMINATION OF COOPERATION AGREEMENTS

These Terms and Conditions, as well as individual terms of sale indicated with information on specific products, represent an offer by AMNI natural cosmetics for the conclusion of a Contract, and the user as a customer, by registering, concluding an order or in another way determined by these Terms, accepts them, which is considered to have concluded a Contract between the user and AMNI natural cosmetics, and according to the conditions of sale specified in these Terms.

The subject and commercial purpose of the Agreement is the purchase of the selected product through the AMNI natural cosmetics webshop with the payment of the appropriate fee - the price of that product or service. The contract is concluded by means of remote communication (Contract concluded at a distance) by means of: telephone with human mediation and the Internet.

The contract comes into force and is binding from the moment the user accepts the offer of AMNI natural cosmetics in one of the following ways:

• by selecting payment and completing the order as a registered user of AMNI natural cosmetics

a) In the process of registering or creating a user account, the user is obliged to choose a name or names under which he will provide services and choose a security password and submit a valid e-mail address. All data required for registration or creation of a user account must be true, and the use or use of other people's data is expressly prohibited.

b) Registration or user account is created only for one person and it is not allowed to communicate information about registration or user account to third parties. The user is obliged to keep information about his security password and user account. The use of someone else's registration or user account is not allowed.

c) For violation of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions from this chapter, AMNI natural cosmetics reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate the user's registration or user account, without the obligation to compensate the user for any cost or damage.

d) Registration is considered to have concluded a contract between AMNI natural cosmetics and the user as a customer.

e) The contract comes into force after the registration of the user, that is, from the day when the user accepts the offer to conclude such a contract.

f) On the occasion of the conclusion of the Agreement, the user will be delivered: a confirmation of the concluded Agreement, i.e. a pre-contractual notice from Article 57, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, No. 41/2014), these Terms and Conditions, and a notice of the user's right to unilateral termination of the Agreement with the form for unilateral termination of the Agreement from Article 61, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Consumer Protection Act.

g) Korisnik može jednostrano raskinuti Ugovor u roku od 14 (četrnaest) dana bez navođenja razloga. Korisnik nema pravo na jednostrani raskid Ugovora:

• if the service has been fully fulfilled for him, and the fulfillment began with his explicit prior consent and with his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the service is fully fulfilled for him,
• if the subject of the Contract is sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery,
• if the subject of the Contract is goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery

Da bi korisnik mogao ostvariti pravo na jednostrani raskid Ugovora, mora obavijestiti AMNI prirodnu kozmetiku o svojoj odluci o jednostranom raskidu Ugovora prije isteka roka i to nedvosmislenom izjavom poslanom poštom (na AMNI prirodna kozmetika webshop, Ulica Katalinića Jeretova 20B, 52100 Pula)  ili elektroničkom poštom na [email protected], u kojoj ćete navesti svoje ime i prezime, adresu, broj telefona, telefaksa ili adresu elektroničke pošte.

The deadline for unilateral termination of the Agreement is 14 (fourteen) days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the Agreement were handed over to the user or a third person designated by the user, who is not the carrier, from the conclusion of the Agreement.

If the user unilaterally terminates the Agreement, he will be refunded the money received from him, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day AMNI natural cosmetics, trade trade receives the user's decision to unilateral termination of the Agreement.

The refund will be made in the same way the user made the payment. In the event that the user agrees to another way of returning the paid amount, he does not bear any costs in relation to the return. AMNI natural cosmetics can refund money only after the goods have been returned to it or after it has been provided with proof that the goods have been sent back.

Korisnik je dužan robu predati ili je poslati na adresu AMNI prirodna kozmetika, Ulica Katalinića Jeretova 20B, 52100 Pula,  bez nepotrebnog odgađanja, a u svakom slučaju najkasnije u roku od 14 (četrnaest) dana od dana kada je AMNI prirodna kozmetika, obrt za trgovinu, uputio svoju odluku o jednostranom raskidu Ugovora. Izravne troškove povrata robe korisnik mora snositi sam. Korisnik se moli da prije raskida Ugovora nazove na broj telefona +385 91 7511 557 / +385 91 924 1849  or contact [email protected] to have the procedure for returning the goods explained to him.

The user is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Ako je na zahtjev korisnika izvršavanje usluge započelo tijekom roka za jednostrani raskid Ugovora, korisnik je dužan platiti AMNI prirodnoj kozmetici iznos koji je razmjeran onom što je isporučeno do trenutka kada je korisnik obavijestio AMNI prirodnu kozmetiku o jednostranom raskidu Ugovora.

The seller is authorized, without prior notice, to change the content of these General Terms and Conditions, the range of products, their prices, other information related to the web store as well as all other content of the website, which is why website users are obliged to review the content of the website each time they visit the same website . The opposite action releases the Seller from any responsibility. The aforementioned changes come into force upon publication on the websites.

The seller is released from any responsibility for damage that could occur on devices that enable access to websites and data stored on the same devices when using the website if it was caused by illegal actions of third parties, computer viruses, etc. and other cases for which he is not responsible Seller. Also, the Seller is released from any responsibility in the event of circumstances that prevent the use of the website.

AMNI natural cosmetics places all materials, photos and text on the website in good faith to make it easier for the customer to choose when shopping. AMNI natural cosmetics does not guarantee that the product photos fully correspond to the appearance of the product itself. We are not responsible for possible unintentional errors in the product description. All descriptions are regularly and thoroughly checked.

II) Conditions and purchase procedure

The products that can be purchased are advertised on the websites, and each product is accompanied by product descriptions and product prices.

The main product characteristics, prices, special offers and benefits, payment and delivery methods refer to those valid at the time of placing the order. The above data will be indicated with each product.

The desired product is selected by saving it in the "cart" by clicking on the "Add to cart" link. If the Buyer makes a purchase of a product that, in the meantime, has been sold, then the Seller will contact the buyer to agree on further action (refund of the amount paid, purchase of another product or delivery of a product of the same type when the Seller obtains it from its suppliers). The Seller, apart from the obligation just mentioned, is not liable to the Buyer in the described case on any basis.

The "cart" contains all the products that the Customer has selected for purchase, together with the price of the product and the delivery price, as well as the total price (VAT included). If the Customer wants to continue with the purchase, he selects the "Go to payment" link, and the system automatically leads him to the "Checkout" page, where he needs to enter the customer's information and the delivery address.

After completing the aforementioned steps of the web store and selecting "Order" on the "Checkout" page, the system automatically takes the Customer to the "Order Confirmation" page, which contains information about the order number, payment, as well as a notification about sending a confirmation email containing the offer sales of selected products and notification of the e-mail address through which the Customer can receive all the necessary information.

If the shipment is damaged during transport, such damage is visible when the shipment is picked up, in that case we ask the Customer not to pick up the shipment. The price of the product, which includes the amount of VAT and the cost of delivery, is visible in the shopping cart before the order is placed. The cost of delivery may also be visible on some other parts of the page. All information about the purchase confirmation based on the electronic order will be delivered to the customer's e-mail address specified in the registration/order process or in the shopping cart when entering data when concluding the order. All prices are expressed in euros (EUR). All prices include VAT.

If the customer does not receive the order confirmation notification, there is a possibility that he entered his e-mail address incorrectly. PRICE

Product prices are retail. Product prices and delivery prices are expressed in euros and kuna and include the corresponding VAT. The seller updates the displayed prices on a daily basis, which is why there is a possibility that the prices in the physical stores may be different from the prices on the website's online store.

The seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice, just as he is authorized to change prices exclusively for the web shop without prior notice. Also, the Seller is authorized, without prior notice, at any time to determine a discount, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for an individual product, a group of products and/or for all products, as well as for a specific payment method. The mentioned benefits may be exclusive to online shopping, which will be indicated to the customer before the purchase itself.

The price is determined for each individual product. The process of entering the price on the website for each product is subject to multi-level control, but regardless of this there is a possibility of error due to the human factor. Such situations are extraordinary and AMNI natural cosmetics apologizes to its customers in advance for them. AMNI natural cosmetics will be forced to inform customers about the situation, the wrong price and the impossibility of delivery for the ordered product with the wrong price for the specific order.

Payment for ordered products can be made in the following way:

When the payment is made and visible, it is considered that the purchase contract has been concluded.

The specified delivery times apply to most destinations in Croatia (for islands and smaller towns, shipments are delivered according to the schedule of the courier service).

Products that have been paid for in accordance with the submitted offer will be delivered to the Customer. If you want to arrange a suitable delivery date, please write it under NOTE, so that we can convey your wish to the delivery service. During the processing of the shipment, the Customer receives a notification by e-mail about the status of his shipment.

E-banking/General payment order/Virman

The user can pay for his order by making a payment to our bank account via a general payment slip. Details of the bank account, payment amount and purpose of payment will be provided in the order confirmation email. The order will be sent to the user after we receive the payment confirmation.

The amount of the offer should be paid by General transfer order/Virman/Internet banking (at any bank/post office) to:
